Thank you Su! One of the rare times I’ve actually captured a flying bird well 😊 I’m learning the settings I need to use, but that doesn’t necessarily mean that I match my panning speed to the bird’s flight speed!
Knowing the settings is the first step. The rest is practice and you are doing soooooo well.
Thanks, as always, for your encouragement, Su!! 😀 In some ways the blog is getting harder for me, not just because of the large amount of homework for the photography classes that I am taking. I’ve discovered that I am passionate about street photography/social justice/documentary photography, and that doesn’t seem to be what people who follow me are interested in. I know I can start looking and following other street photographers, but I haven’t had the time to start doing that. So I am concentrating on doing my best work for my classes, and then still need to find something beautiful for my blog. Not that I don’t still take photos of beautiful things, but that’s not where my concentration has been at the moment.
I understand what it’s like to feel that your thinking is evolving and you haven’t quite found your tribe.
The most important thing is to stay true to yourself and follow your passion. I’m loving your new direction, so I’m sure you’ll find others who feel the same when you’re ready.
Thank you!! 💕
