Thank you, Sarah. I am fortunate to live in a very mixed neighborhood. Some people are quite well off, and others are really struggling. Although with rents steadily increasing, the neighborhood is steadily becoming less diverse, which is a huge loss.
The same is happening here, gentrification everywhere you look. 😦
