Ahhh! These are wonderful. I think the first one is my favorite. Well done!
The first one is my favorite also. I think it has the best composition and colors. Worked a lot on the arrangement because of that and finally decided on publishing that one on its own and arranging the others in a grid.
Great choice all, and excellent arrangement too. You have a great eye!
Thanks K’lee. As I’ve gotten back into serious photography after a hiatus of 40 years, I’ve been truly surprised and delighted to find that I do have a good eye. I didn’t have a particularly good eye 40 years ago. I just loved recording beautiful things. Don’t know quite why my eye improved so much. The only thing I can think of is that I’m a noticer – and thus my eye has gotten 40 more years of practice!
Well, perhaps the most pertinent thing, now that I think about it, is the fact that everything is digital now. It enables me to take multiple shots of something, and then go home and see which one works, and why it works. So I’ve been able to have an intense learning cure over the last 4 months. 🙂
These are my reasons for enjoying digital as well. I almost always shoot in continuous mode these days.
These are so beautiful! And I agree with K’lee, the first one is my favorite as well. 😀
Thank you Sarah. The first one is my favorite also. 🙂
These are all lovely pictures, the excellent use of light and shadow makes an already good subject even more interesting, well seen and well done
