I was going to take a photo of the perforated drum in any case, because I found the texture fascinating. But then I noticed that the window above was reflecting the beauty of my favorite shop where I love to look at the plants, just relax and reflect on the beauty. It is a good place for general reflection as well. The word ‘Yoga’ and the yellow concentric circles are actually painted on the window.
Taken at the wonderful Brother and Sisters Flower Shop here in Oakland.

I love shots like this, with different elements that play together.
Yes! I couldn’t resist the shot. It not only combined elements, but each thing separately was beautiful. Put together it was marvelous. The owner is a truly gifted visual artist. I’ve long since realized that *nothing* in the shop is placed randomly, even though it might look like it is.
I love when all things come together like that in a shot! Sometimes I spot it only after I made it, when I’m home and doing the editing – it’s like unwrapping a special gift! 😀
Yes, it is! I get a actual thrill when a photo turns out that well. 🙂
Me too! 😀
