It can be pretty rough, I won’t lie. Last Friday’s infusion was a lot harder than usual. The meds controlled the migraine until…. they didn’t. The meds for the side effects usually do a pretty good job, but sometimes, the pain just spirals. A week later, I still have a lingering headache. But I’ve always been a worker bee, so if I can manage to stay occupied, it’s easier. It’s hardest when I’m too sick to do anything productive. I’m glad I can be something of an inspiration. I figure my job is to still live my life with as much joy and as fully as I can. Better for me. Better for everyone. 😉
