I know six months is a long time. It’s been filled with good things and not so good things. Extended family’s serious medical diagnosis, moving my mom into assisted living arrangements, nuclear family’s accidents, surgery, my infections. BUT: a visit from my aunt from England, my mom now being where she can get much needed care, my husband being able to be back at work, our choir to performing Bach’s Magnificat in D major, and a wonderful week-long visit at Christmas with our older daughter, husband, and fantastic 1 year old grandson. All and all, life is good.
